As 11 o ‘clock approached we all arrived at the car park with flat coats eager for walkies.
As our dogs bounded out of the cars a man with a Flat Coat asked what we were doing here. He was a local and brought his Flat Coat Molly for a walk at Waggoners most days.
They both joined us for Flat Coat mayhem and a new recruit.

11 Flat Coats and one honorary Flattie, a Northern Innuit, churned up the mud, swam, retrieved, bounded through the woods and played for an hour and a half.
Every dog was very well behaved but the prize for the best behaviour went to the two puppies aged around 4 months.

Jack and Grumm could teach the older dogs some behaviour lessons. So after loads of Flat Coat fun it was back to the car park and a group photo. As a reward Vanessa brought every dog sausages which were scattered on the ground and a Flat Coat Feeding Frenzy ensued. By all accounts there was little heard from any dog on the way home.

Attending were, Vanessa and Georgie with Iggy and River, Chris and Chris with Rollo, Gill and Jo Howarth with Pepsi and Jack, newcomer Phil with Molly, Sue Perry with Inkatha and Scarlett, Belinda with Sasuke and Grumm, Murray and Karen with Dexter and Rufus and the honorary Flat Coat with Zannah.

Sounds like a lot of fun. Keep checking the website for more walkies here and other parts of the country.
